We specialize in laser material processing technologies with a particular focus on achieving material separation with minimal possible laser induced damage. We have developed several processing technologies and designed corresponding optical engines, which we apply to processing a wide range of semiconductor industry materials, ranging from pure crystals to wafers complete with coating and electronics. Although our main focus are hard and brittle crystalline materials, we also experiment with plastic processing technologies as procedures in medical and laboratory equipment manufacturing process.
